If you are not happy with your purchase, ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, return postage will be at your expense. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement. Return your item(s) to Just4Marine Limited, please follow these easy steps:

1. Please contact us by phone 07813097089 or email us on [email protected]. This way we'll be able to determine whether you would like to return the product for a refund or whether you'd like to exchange the product. Returns must be within 14 days of receipt and unused.  Returns must be packaged securely and with all original packaging, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

2.You will be given a returns number.  This returns number will need to be clearly marked on the outside of your parcel so it can be quickly identified on arrival.
Please note, failure to mark the returns reference number on the outside of your parcel will result in a delay in processing your return.

3. Once we have received the item(s) we'll be able to proceed with an exchange or refund excluding carriage. Please obtain proof of postage!

Please be aware that some navigational and safety products may be dated, and as such a full refund may in some cases not be possible.  If you are purchasing dated navigational charts we suggest you contact us for more information prior to purchasing.


Faulty Goods
If you believe your goods to be faulty, please contact us straight away (within 14 days of receipt) with a brief description of the problem.  If you find your goods to be faulty during use, after the returns period, please contact us on 07813097089 and we will do our best to help.  If we require you to return the product for a replacement, we will send you a pre-paid label for delivery back to us.  Unfortunately we cannot send the courier back to collect the items the same day.
